Withdrawal of AGM Resolutions
TM1 has decided to withdraw Resolutions 12 and 13 from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company’s shareholders to be held at 11:00 am GMT on Monday
30 December.

Recyclus Group Ltd ("Recyclus"), has signed an agreement with UK-based shared sustainable transport operator, Beryl, to recycle waste lithium-ion ("Li-ion") batteries from its fleet of e-bikes and e-scooters.
