Technology Minerals is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of approximately £400,000 gross through the issue of 32,000,000 new ordinary shares to a new institutional shareholder at a subscription price of 1.25 pence per share, which will represent approximately 2.45% percent of the Company's enlarged issued share capital on Admission.
