Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

TM1 is pleased to announce that James Hannon has been appointed as a director and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect from 11 April 2022. James replaces Nigel Ruddock who will step down as a director and CFO and will be retiring on 31 March 2022.
