Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the UK listed company focused on building national resource and manufacturing resilience, announces that it has issued 210,596,600 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("New Ordinary Shares") to a former director of the Company in respect of a settlement agreement. The Company also confirms that application will be made for the admission of 324,317,390 ordinary shares which, as announced on 26 August 2026, were expected to be admitted to trading on or around 2 September 2026 ("CLG Shares"), but whose admission did not occur on that date.

Recyclus Group Ltd ("Recyclus"), has signed an agreement with UK-based shared sustainable transport operator, Beryl, to recycle waste lithium-ion ("Li-ion") batteries from its fleet of e-bikes and e-scooters.

The appointment of RPGCC follows the resignation of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF"). PKF has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
